Wedding: Semay + Spike

What’s the most romantic gift in the world? Could it be a diamond ring during a surprise proposal? Or is it a bouquet of roses received at work on Valentine’s day? Surely it must be being serenaded upon waking up?

The correct answer is: a bag of green vegetables

On this couple’s big day, the beautiful bride, who doesn’t like vegetables, received a green “bouquet” from her groom.  I would argue that it’s the most romantic gift because this simple and quirky act says that the groom cares for the (nutritional) well-being of the bride and will show it in a creative way.  Inside jokes make weddings unique and tell the most beautiful stories.  For Semay and Spike, a bag of green vegetables is a symbol of intertwined lives.  That’s pretty darn romantic.
